St. Louis Review Center was founded in 1989 by Dr. Roger Polo Tong-An in Baguio City. Today, 35+ branches across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao carry that mission forward, mentoring Filipinos into the licensed professions every cycle.

The humble roots of a nationwide institution.

In 1989, St. Louis Review Center began with humble roots. Distinguished nursing expert Dr. Roger Polo Tong-An founded the institution in the heart of Baguio City. With limited resources, through hardships and trials, he carried one conviction: that Filipinos could be mentored into professional members of society by a credible and excellent review institution.

Dr. Tong-An's passion for education spread through the archipelago. The review center burgeoned into multiple franchises across the major cities of the Philippines. Today, 35+ SLRC branches operate across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao, preparing aspiring professionals for licensure every cycle.

The nursing branch of the franchise offers a full range of services. An early-bird program for final-year students. Comprehensive face-to-face and online lectures. An intensive final coaching program leading up to board day. The learning portal you are on right now is the latest chapter in that lineage.
